Hazelnut dish Recipe

A member of the cashew family, pistachios have been a staple in our diet for several centuries. While they are considered a nut, just like cashew nuts, they’re also botanically seeds. Pistachios may be tiny but they are packed with powerful nutritional properties that are proven to provide numerous health benefits according to studies. A nut that was once considered exclusively the food for royalty, today is easily available and Nutraj stocks a wide range of options to choose from, shelled, unshelled, and roasted & salted pistachios.

Pistachios not only have high nutritional value but also have a long storage life, which explains why they were considered travel food for early explorers and traders. Today, pistachios have become a staple ingredient in diets across the world, all thanks to their unique flavor.
